We changed storefront providers on May 5th, 2023. All orders before May 5th, 2023 have been migrated to our new provider.
To retrieve access to orders placed before this date:
1. Create an account using the same email address you have used before at: https://store.fsimstudios.com/account,. If you already have an account, disregard this step.
2. Log in using your new credentials. You will see your new and old orders appear here. All products will be automatically activated on Contrail.
3. Download and Launch Contrail here: https://cdn-eu.29palms.de/contrail/releases/ContrailSetup.exe
4. Click "Accounts" on the bottom left corner and "Connect" FSimStudios Account (log-in with your credentials)
5. Click on "Downloads". Your products will download and install automatically.
If your orders are not automatically synced with Contrail, just log out and repeat steps 2 and 3. Your orders will re-sync.
